Over 100,000 children in Central Texas are “at-risk” of dropping out of school. This means facing challenges such as poverty, violence, or hunger. Students who face such burdens should not also have to face class without basic school supplies. For students served by Communities In Schools of Central Texas (CIS), walking into class more prepared can make a huge difference!

2,000 CIS students need backpacks and school supplies. YOU can help! A $19.75/21.75 donation provides a CIS student with a backpack and a full set of school supplies. Your donation will help our students to start the school year better prepared and ready to learn.
